Katrina Dey transitioned from a career as a secondary school teacher to become a dedicated social worker, earning her Master’s degree in Social Work along the way. With a rich background in various areas of social work practice, I now focus on supporting the learning and development of other practitioners. I also work independently to deliver training on cultural competence for diverse organizations and am actively undertaking further training to become a professional coach. My journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning, advocacy, and the empowerment of those working to make a difference in the community.
