Thrive Family and Systemic Psychotherapist

Jennifer Achan

I am a qualified systemic psychotherapist with twenty-five years of experience working with children and families in social care and therapeutic settings. I offer both online and in-person services, specializing in navigating dysfunctional relationships. My background spans diverse communities—from social care environments and private practice to the NHS. As a Black African woman, I am deeply committed to intersectionality and cross-cultural work, ensuring that every client feels safe, understood, and empowered. I work to address issues ranging from communication breakdowns and mental health challenges in young people to separation, infidelity, divorce, co-parenting conflicts, challenging child behavior, and domestic violence, extending empathetic support to men as well.
